We've moved to Spain!

With just over a month under our belts, we think we can now say that we've actually "moved". We've landed in Andalusia - the southernmost region of Spain - in the beach town of Almuñécar. We're about an hour drive from Málaga to the west, and Granada to the north (both wonderful cities that we've done day trips to already).

    In our first few weeks here, we've found a long-term apartment to rent, established our residency with the local authorities (no small task), and - finally! - sent the boys back to school. Here, on the eve of Thanksgiving, we feel incredibly grateful and can't say enough about the place and our experiences here so far.

Relocating halfway across the world has been quite the adventure - each of our first few weeks has felt like a distinct chapter in the story - and we hope to document it here for our friends and family. We miss you all already!
